Wade Mellish
Wade Mellish is the Founding Director of Harridan and a highly respected property developer with more than 30 years' experience delivering residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments throughout Queensland.
Holding qualifications in Engineering and Surveying, Wade combines technical expertise with commercial leadership to oversee the acquisition, planning, approval, delivery and long-term management of complex development projects. His ability to identify strategic opportunities, navigate regulatory environments and build enduring partnerships has established Harridan as one of South East Queensland's most trusted privately owned development companies.
Under Wade's leadership, Harridan has successfully delivered more than 200 development projects and maintains an active development pipeline exceeding 1 Billion AUD. The business has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects through disciplined investment, practical decision-making and a collaborative approach with landowners, government, consultants, contractors, investors and joint venture partners.
Wade also serves as Director and Secretary of the Ma'wa Group and Group Executive Director of Harridan, Holmwood Highgate and Hockney and Co. Through these leadership roles, he oversees a diverse portfolio spanning property development, strategic investments and critical infrastructure.
Holmwood Highgate is the southern hemisphere’s largest privately owned bulk fuel transport manufacturing company in the Southern Hemisphere, employing more than 200 people across its operations. The overall group's diversified interests provide significant commercial capability, financial strength and long-term investment capacity across multiple sectors.
Recognised for his integrity, commercial judgement and ability to deliver complex projects, Wade has built a career founded on trusted relationships, disciplined execution and sustainable growth. His leadership continues to guide Harridan's expansion across Queensland, with a focus on creating enduring value for investors, project partners, communities and future generations.
Development Manager
Bruce Graham
Bruce Graham joined Harridan more than 10 years ago, bringing with him extensive experience in property development and project delivery. As Development Manager, Bruce oversees Harridan's residential and commercial developments, managing projects from acquisition and planning through to construction and completion.
With a strong focus on quality, efficiency and stakeholder relationships, Bruce plays a key role in ensuring every Harridan project is delivered to the highest standard while creating lasting value for clients, investors and the broader community.

Amelia La Rocca
As Head of Development, Amelia La Rocca leads the planning and delivery of Harridan's development portfolio with a focus on excellence, efficiency and long-term value. Bringing extensive industry knowledge and a collaborative leadership style, she oversees projects from acquisition and due diligence through planning, approvals, design and construction, ensuring every development is delivered to the highest standard.
Amelia is recognised for her strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail and ability to navigate complex development challenges with confidence. Working closely with consultants, contractors, local authorities and project stakeholders, she fosters strong relationships that keep projects moving while maintaining Harridan's commitment to quality and integrity.

Matthew Maranta
Matt Maranta plays an integral role in the delivery and continued growth of Harridan, bringing a hands-on approach, strong commercial acumen and a genuine passion for property development. Working closely with the leadership team, he is involved across all stages of the development process, helping transform opportunities into successful projects.
With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering practical outcomes, Matt works collaboratively with landowners, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to keep projects progressing efficiently and effectively. His proactive approach, attention to detail and ability to navigate complex challenges have made him a trusted member of the Harridan team.

Sales & Marketing Manager
Tom McKellar
Approaching eight years with Harridan, Tom McKellar oversees the company's sales, marketing and client engagement activities across its residential, commercial and industrial projects. As Sales Manager, Tom is responsible for front-of-house operations, working closely with purchasers, investors and project partners throughout their property journey.
From stock allocation and sales strategy to marketing campaigns, drone photography and project promotion, Tom plays a key role in showcasing Harridan's developments and ensuring clients receive a professional and seamless experience. His passion for property, strong industry knowledge and customer-focused approach help drive the continued success of Harridan's projects across South East Queensland.
