Wade Mellish
For more than three decades, Wade Mellish has built Harridan on a simple belief: exceptional developments begin with strong relationships, decisive leadership and the courage to see opportunities where others see obstacles.
With qualifications in Engineering and Surveying, Wade combines technical expertise with commercial insight to lead every stage of the development journey—from identifying opportunities and navigating complex approvals through to delivering projects that create lasting value for communities, investors and partners.
Under Wade's leadership, Harridan has grown from a family business into a highly respected boutique development company, delivering more than 200 residential, commercial and industrial projects across South East Queensland. While others have become larger, Harridan has deliberately remained agile, hands-on and relationship-driven—allowing decisions to be made quickly, opportunities to be acted on with confidence and projects to move forward without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Known for his practical approach, integrity and ability to bring people together, Wade has earned a reputation for getting deals done through trust, collaboration and a genuine commitment to creating outcomes that benefit everyone involved. Bruce Graham
Bruce Graham joined Harridan more than 10 years ago, bringing with him extensive experience in property development and project delivery. As Development Manager, Bruce oversees Harridan's residential and commercial developments, managing projects from acquisition and planning through to construction and completion.
With a strong focus on quality, efficiency and stakeholder relationships, Bruce plays a key role in ensuring every Harridan project is delivered to the highest standard while creating lasting value for clients, investors and the broader community.

Matt Maranta plays an integral role in the delivery and continued growth of Harridan, bringing a hands-on approach, strong commercial acumen and a genuine passion for property development. Working closely with the leadership team, he is involved across all stages of the development process, helping transform opportunities into successful projects.

Sales & Marketing Manager
Tom McKellar
Approaching eight years with Harridan, Tom McKellar oversees the company's sales, marketing and client engagement activities across its residential, commercial and industrial projects. As Sales Manager, Tom is responsible for front-of-house operations, working closely with purchasers, investors and project partners throughout their property journey.
From stock allocation and sales strategy to marketing campaigns, drone photography and project promotion, Tom plays a key role in showcasing Harridan's developments and ensuring clients receive a professional and seamless experience. His passion for property, strong industry knowledge and customer-focused approach help drive the continued success of Harridan's projects across South East Queensland.
